Whats Missing?

Traveling the Caribbean I was in awe of the beauty and tranquility of the waterscapes and beaches, such beautiful places that seemed at a glance untouched by humanity. Until exploring deeper you begin to see trash, plastics and unwanted items discarded from people just tossed on these beautiful landscapes. Which poses the question “where is the disconnect for people? Why do we have so much trash and garbage littered when media outlets are also littered with resources and statistics about Environmental Activism and its urgency?”
